What is the best racing game? I've tried many flash racing games but I've really disappointed with most of them.

Forza 3 IS the best racing game of all time.

Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec is my favorite. I go through a phase with that game every other year, starting a new career and building a collection of cars and trophies.
